Professional Experience: I have been building teams and recruitment process’ for technology companies for over 12 years. Most of my experience has been with early stage startups in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. I also spent 3 years helping build Futurestep's groundbreaking RPO solution for Gen-i and Telecom New Zealand and was Chief Operating Officer for a social gaming startup in San Francisco.
Why did you join ML? I found MitchelLake to be very much aligned with my own philosophy around recruitment and really loved what they were doing in the startup community in Australia.
