Professional Experience: Stumbled upon the online space whilst working in a recruitment support role for Adecco in 2006. I moved into the digital arena in 2006 as a Consultant and joined MitchelLake in 2007. Currently a Senior Consultant on the Convergent Media team, I manage a portfolio of clients on both the brand and agency side providing end to end recruitment solutions and sourcing local and international talent.
Why did you join ML? The philosophy behind the MitchelLake approach is what appealed to me, whilst everyone talks about long term relationships and partnering with their clients, very few agencies genuinely practice what they preach. Jon and Phaedon were not only serious about it but had built their business on this approach, from day dot. It's about being an active member of the industry we work in, constantly innovating and being creative in the way that we work and working with the coolest freaking clients in the country! Culture is ok too :)
Hobbies/passions outside of ML: food and everything related to it including but not limited to cooking, wine, nutrition, growing things that are edible and of course eating! Have to balance this with swimming and running. Also like seeing bands.
Favourite band or album: All time favourite is way too hard - top 3 bands would be TOOL, Queens of the Stone Age and any band that Dave Grohl or Josh Homme are involved with
