Mitchellake is working with a specialist consultancy who has entered the field of eLearning and is looking to develop this capability as a service line of their business. You with have current e-Learning expertise as an Instructional Designer type as well as some solid hands on Digital Producer or Developer type pedigree. Solid Client Engagement / Communication skills required.
 
We are looking for someone with a passion for developing innovative products, who likes having a direct connection with clients, venturing into new activities and evaluating the future use of eLearning platforms. Our client is open to your technology platform experience, You just need to be highly passionate about technology and keen to build solutions for both PC & IPad/Tablet platforms.
  
Initial duties:
• Initially responsible for implementing and reviewing eLearning platforms into the business.
• Autonomous technical development of eLearning content for both PC and IPad/Tablet applications.
• Consult internally with Design Manager on design concepts and content.
• Engage with Design team around interface design ability.
• Instructional Design
• Trouble shoot/problem solve user issues internally and externally with the eLearning platforms
 
Desirable Skills:
• Technical Expertise, Platform Integration
• Business Analysis
• Understanding of Product Development processes & methodology
• Desirable to have solid experience in instructional technology / eLearning platforms field.
• Excellent communication, writing, and visualization skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to infuse creativity into product development.
