Brilliant opportunity to establish and run the internal communications strategy, systems and processes with a leading global IT business. The role can be based in ANZ, Singapore or Hong Kong and its a rare opportunity within their global communications team.

The main part of the role is to establish an internal communications & PR strategy to ensure a consistent employee message is delivered across the region with emphasis on using social media technologies and toolsets.  The role reports into the Communications Director and the profile of the candidate being looked for is 10-15 years experience in an internal communications role with a broader knowledge set across the marketing communications mix.

Key responsibilities are:

• build, manage & run a central internal communications strategy incorporating social media capabilities;
• manage, audit and influence all internal communications;
• work closely with internal stakeholders on the most effective employee internal communications strategies;
• work closely with corporate communications team to manage and create a set of policies and procedures;
• play a role in the planning and implementation of global customer communication events.

To be considered for this role you will be a seasoned communications & PR professional having worked in an IT, preferably software industry.  You must have APAC experience. You will be across the latest social media technologies and have successfully integrated and used them in previous roles.  You will preferably have a degree in business, marketing or communications and be comfortable working in a flat matrix style organisation.  Having additional Asian languages in your repertoire is a bonus.
