We’re looking for a Digital Strategist or a strategically minded Account Director to join this great agency. Surry Hills location.

This is a newly created role which will work closely with the Head of Comms to help shape and run communications programs for a range of top tier brands.

This agency truly believe that the people looking after their client relationships should be capable of shaping their business as well. That’s why they have created the Account Planner role which combines the disciplines of digital marketing consultancy and account management.

As a Senior Account Planner, you will be a key member of the Comms team and specialize in digital planning, communication strategy and account management. You will work closely with the Head of Comms to ensure the recommendations are insight led and solve business problems. You will also work in partnership with the Project Management team to ensure the program of work is delivered flawlessly and profitably.

The role involves fostering and managing good client relationships and developing business strategies to meet revenue targets. You understand and are motivated by their business and clients, and the commercial realities it places on the work.

You are passionate about finding the big customer insights, allowing you to create killer communication briefs, advertising campaigns, CRM and social media programs.
