Following a successful acquisition 3 years ago, the business is ready to drive growth. As a leading financial services security product, it is a highly innovative and progressive product designed to insure security savvy consumers against cyber crime, identity theft and associated costs.
 
With an excellent member base of over 300,000 members in Australia and New Zealand at present, the business is ready to appoint someone to lead the business and drive its future success through evolution of the a new business strategy.
 
Key elements to this role include product ownership, team leadership, business and commercial strategy. The Business Manager (Product) will play a key role in analysing the business in terms of current product offering, organisational structure, commercial partnerships and channel distribution, and provide recommendations back to senior management, looking to drive future market penetration and create new opportunities for business growth.
 
The Business Manager (Product) will be looking to further grow market share through understanding market needs and developing highly innovative products that serve the needs of existing and potential new customers. This may involve redefining the product roadmap, driving new product development and leading cross sell opportunities across the parent organisation.
 
The Business Manager (Product) will forecast, track and report on the ongoing performance of products and services across the business, we are therefore searching for someone ideally with experience across:
 
-          Full product lifecycle management
-          Channel and Distribution management
-          Strong analytical and commercial skills
-          Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
 
Potential candidates should demonstrate strong leadership ability, experience managing a sizeable P&L and demonstrated success in growing a business unit, product line or channel. Understanding of security, fraud prevention, credit and financial services or related products/services would be advantageous.
