MitchelLake is pleased to be offering this fantastic contract opportunity. It is a unique role in one of the worlds largest sectors, and offers the opportunity come on board at the very beginning of the project and see it through to fruition.
 
The Digital Producer will be working on the redevelopment of the corporate site, which incorporates retail and ecommerce components. Working closely with the Project Lead and a team of Business Analysts, Developers and a UE Architect, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including third party partners such as a creative agency and development resources.
 
The project will be in the initial phase of requirements gathering when the Producer comes on board, you will play a critical role in this initial phase and managing the project through design and development to delivery. Day to day the Digital Producer will create and manage project documentation such as project plans, timelines, statements of work and information architecture. 
 
This role would suit a highly organized Digital Producer, either from agency or client side, who enjoys working on large, complex sites with back end integrations, multiple stakeholder involvement and a lengthy development lifecycle.

The chosen candidate for this role will be able to work autonomously and without too much direction on a day to day basis. You will be proactive, communicative and have superior time management skills, as well as a demonstrated track record of projects delivered on time and within budget.
 
Experience with MS Project and VISIO is essential, an understanding of various web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Flash, .net and their capabilities is also important.  An appreciation for the creative design process and usability principles is desirable.
