Close your eyes for a second and imagine an hour glass – it is generous in size at the top but becomes gaunt and petite in the middle and then quickly broadens again at the bottom. Watch the hour glass for a minute and observe the sand slowly falling from the top to the bottom.
The smart phone market is like an hour glass – at the moment there is alot of sand in the top that represents iPhone – however their market is falling away grain by grain to Android.
