Mitchellake is working with leading System Integration consultancy group who are seeking Organisational Change Manager with solid consulting pedigree. You will be a highly skilled individual that has extensive Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience, particularly in the context of business systems implementations. We are seeking individuals who are looking for a fresh challenge providing OCM thought leadership to major clients in the financial services, utilities, telecoms, and government industries.

    
Key OCM skills and experience required in context of;

·          Experience in establishing and implementing Business Change Delivery in partnership with IT program initiatives.

·          Understanding of Architecture Strategy, Project Management Principles and methodologies.

·          Experience in developing Change management Strategies and Plans

·          Experience in identifying and Communicating the Case for Change

·          Experience in designing and establishing Sponsorship and Stakeholder Management Plans

·          Experience in establishing and delivering the change stream in Business process-re-engineering/re-design initiatives

·          Experience in developing and delivering Business Transition Plans that include: Business Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments

·          Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across all organisational levels

·          Experience in developing and executing Communication plans

 Key Attributes;

·          Degree qualified with post graduate studies in OCM

·          Minimum 5+ years Business Systems/IT OCM specific experience

·          Ideally Prosci Certified

·          Strong OCM practitioner consulting experience

·          Proven ability to engage with Executive and Senior Management

·          Desire and ability to contribute to the development of the OCM practice as part of the team

·          Superior workshop facilitation and communication skills
