Mitchellake is working with leading Industry service provider who are driving the adoption of New Technology platforms across the business, particularly a new Dynamics CRM platform. You should be an experienced Test Lead/Manager coupled with Business Analysis skills and you will help drive outcomes from our clients technology change program. Your background will derive from a project-driven environment ideally from Consulting, Technology Services or Large Enterprise with solid experience imparting your knowledge and expertise to business users around the testing process.    
Overview of role:

• Consult with users to understand current business processes to help define the testing plan.
• Plan and co-ordinate all necessary testing activities (including QA, UAT and E2E testing) across multiple streams of the technology program.
• Provide expert support to users in executing User Acceptance testing (this will include co-ordinating preparation of test plans & test cases and oversight of testing activities.)
• Act as primary contact point with vendors during testing activities.
• Perform business impact analysis to understand and document roles and processes impacted by new systems
• Assist in providing functional specification and undertake data analysis and data mapping activities to support data migration and integration for new services.
• Trouble shooting and hands-on support following system implementations
• Communicate progress of escalated issues to staff and IT colleagues to keep them aware of progress and ensure highest possible level of internal customer satisfaction.

• 2+ Years in Test Lead/Management experience
• Business Analysis experitise
• 2 years + experience working in consultative capacity with users on business process projects ideally around CRM projects or in the Education/Events Section
• Experience in Data analysis and Data manipulation.
• Strong relationship building skills with users, technical and management levels
