This awesome data driven marketing startup has experienced huge growth since its launch and their Sydney team has now grown to 20+ people. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Web Analyst to join their team.


The main focus of this role is the analysis of large, complex customer and web analytics datasets in order to accurately report marketing performance and develop strategies to optimise client campaigns.

This role would ideally suit someone who would like to develop their marketing know how, and have the opportunity to use their solid data analysis skills with customer and web data.


The ideal candidate will have:


2 - 5 years experience within a data focused role, preferably related to the field of direct / digital marketing or customer insights
A keen interest in web analytics and marketing optimisation and solid experience dealing with large and complex datasets
Experience with Omniture and Google analytics is essential, and a basic understanding of SQL and BI infrastructure would also be beneficial
Experience in dashboard design and development
Experience with advanced statistical analysis and software would be a bonus

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven ability to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations, and will be very comfortable communicating insights to key stakeholders.  An understanding of marketing principles would be preferred.
