Mitchellake is working with leading Industry service provider who are driving the adoption of New Technology platforms & IT Initiatives across the business, including their Web presence, a new CRM platform (Dynamics although its not essential to have specific Dynamics CRM expertise), Sharepoint, ITIL Service Management etc. You will work closely with the CIO in this medium sized business and help drive management of the service desk and provision of application leadership to support business processes and business users.
 
General day to day duties:
  • Help Manage the delivery of IT services to business users, ensuring availability, timeliness and quality of service.
  • Manage and report on ITIL processes required to successfully deliver services including Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
  • Team Leadership, mentor, motivate and set tasks/key accountabilities for your team to achieve.
  • Contribute to operation plans & strategic projects and initiate ideas that create better solutions across the organisation.
  • Assist in the delivery & support of new applications to the business including specifically a growing Web Portal service and core CRM implementation (Microsoft CRM 2011)
  • Assist in application related architectural discussions, coordinating with external suppliers and maintaining application cohesiveness.
  • You will regularly interact and consult with users (via workshops, demos, interviews etc) to understand their current business processes and issues
  • Drive and assist in high-quality application support ensuring requests are completed in a timely manner.
Pedigree Required
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ yrs experience with web applications and/or CRM Systems
  • 2+ yrs experience in managing operational aspects of enterprise applications
  • 4+ yrs experience in infrastructure technology
  • 3+ yrs experience working in a consultancy capacity with end-users
  • SQL experience - confident in data analysis & data manipulation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and error resolution skills
  • Desirable technical experience: Microsoft CRM, Sitecore, integration technology, web services
  • Desirable experience in ITIL-driven service desk environment
