This role offers the rare opportunity to jump on board with one of Australia’s premier entertainment brands.
 

Reporting to the Online Commercial Manager and working as part of a newly formed team, the Online Producer will play a key role in the production and management of content across a number of digital assets in Australia and New Zealand including web, mobile and social media.  This role is pivotal in driving an improved overall customer experience across the website, as well as increased conversion rates and user engagement.
 

Day to day your role will involve creating, sourcing, uploading and managing content and images, working with multiple stakeholders across the business including marketing, sales, operations and programming, ensuring live content is current, accurate and compelling.
 

The Online Producer will be working across two large scale, content driven, transactional websites as well as online promotional material, eDMs, loyalty and rewards programs, mobile applications and various social media platforms. This will include working closely with marketing and rewards teams on database segmentation, eDM creation & execution and post campaign analysis, and will additionally be responsible for ensuring any technical issues across the NZ and AU digital assets are escalated and resolved in conjunction with the technical team.
 

Required skills and experience

The Online Producer will bring prior experience working in an editorial, production or content role, with specific experience on large, content heavy websites. Ideally you will have been involved with a site redesign and have a good understanding of online related technologies as well as other relevant elements of the digital space such as metatagging & SEO, user experience and information architecture. Any BA experience will be highly regarded.
