Impact your career at Mitchellake

We were founded on a purpose: we exist to help great ideas succeed: by enabling entrepreneurs to scale, and companies of scale to innovate

We have a values-driven positive culture, and we value the professional and personal lives of our people. The core values we strive for with our team include:

Partnership: How we engage with our candidates and clients. How we work together as a team. How we work with third-party networks. We are part of the ecosystem we service.

Curiosity: In our candidates, and in the industry we operate. Having passion for what we do and how we do it. Going the extra mile.

Mindful: Positive Intent. Empathy for clients, candidates and colleagues.

Over the past 15 years the MitchelLake Group has scaled up our capabilities to drive global executive search, consulting and talent solutions to the world’s leading technology ventures, major corporate brands and advisory firms. MitchelLake operations now span seven cities over four continents and we’re looking for high performing people to join our team to continue our extraordinary growth whilst having some great fun along the way.

Kyle McGinty is the MitchelLake Group's Head of Talent APAC.

Kyle has spent 25 years in Human Resources and Recruitment which includes over 10 years in-market with the MitchelLake Group as a Principal Consultant. Kyle is looking to continue his passion for the MitchelLake brand and identify the future talent leaders in our market and continue to cement us as an innovative and successful talent partner to our client base.
