Professional experience: 5 years Marketing recruitment experience, the last two spent in the digital space - working for some of the top creative agencies in London and Manchester.
Why did you join ML? After I decided to move to Australia I scoped out the recruitment market place to find the real 'specialists' - ML were by far head and shoulders above the rest. Their solid reputation is heavily associated with emerging technology, start-ups and digital - so when I was offered the job it was an easy yes!
Hobbies/passions outside of ML: Since arriving, the aussie 'health and fitness' regime has been infectious. You can now find me each morning on Bondi Beach at 6am training with The East Side Crew! When I'm not training, you'll find me spoiling that regime in Sydney's amazing restaurants.
Favorite band or album: Tough one. Joss Stone - Colour me free (at the moment). All time favourite - Michael Jackson Off the wall.
