Assignment

Following a brief with Head of Innovation and Digital, Barry Newstead, MitchelLake was appointed to define and deliver a global search for the Digital Channels lead.

Extensive research was used to consult Barry on the global talent available for a role that would define the customer and consumer experience for its digital transformation. The research was conducted across the globe with the best customer and consumer product leads identified in Europe, Asia, U.S and Australia.
