The Global Leader, Customer Practice is responsible for EY’s go-to-market strategy, positioning, and market leadership for the customer advisory practice. MitchelLake tasked with executing a global search to identify an individual with a demonstrated international pedigree and proven experience in leading Fortune 500 advisory consulting, technology and complex transformation of enterprise customer assets, services, and strategies.

This role encompasses broad responsibilities with an emphasis on the leadership of practice and capability development, strategic advisory, market development, devising and orchestrating an ecosystem of resources and partners to support and large scale transformation and innovation initiatives.
