Mitchellake as specialist executive recruiters in start-up and scale-ups were tasked to appoint me&u’s Head of Sales to lead the company’s overall sales function.

The successful candidate would ideally have a track record building, leading and developing high performing teams while coming from a strong sales background with experience in mid-market and enterprise technology. The Head of Sales must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment, selling over the phone using and discussing the more technical nature of their products. Experience in payments, f&b or hospitality was highly desirable with a learning mindset and bias for results.

In order to yield a successful placement, the Mitchellake team immersed itself in sourcing strong sales oriented candidates from various backgrounds mainly focusing on payments, hospitality tech, food ordering and hi growth companies.
