Mirvac was looking to appoint a Chief Digital Officer to formulate and lead the implementation of a new digital vision for the business, encompassing operations, strategy, technology, innovation, culture, structure and capability across the Group. 

The CDO was a newly-created role, and previous digital positions had not been included within the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, the new role would own the transformation of Mirvac’s digital and technology capability, with remit to maximise the performance and financial returns of the business and the projects it delivers.

The successful candidate would be a proven technology leader with business acumen, and a track record in leading digital transformation in a mature and complex business environment. They would be adept at change management, and at navigating complex internal stakeholder environments. Culturally the successful candidate would be highly consultative and demonstrate a collaborative and open leadership style.
