MitchelLake was engaged by the Founder and CRO of Signal to provide an exhaustive market entry strategy for their APAC launch.

Signal have entered each international market outside of the USA in a unique manner and they wanted to ensure that their market entry into the APAC region gave them a platform to stay ahead of the competition.

By formally introducing Signal to selected partnership opportunities with industry players from across our APAC network, the organization has been able to carefully design their launch strategy to meet the needs of the local market.

MitchelLake was also tasked with sourcing a local Managing Director as part of the overall strategy. The search for the MD was completed within an 8 week period.
