Assignment

MitchelLake were briefed after two previous agencies had been given three months to fill and had provided 27 CVs with only one candidate interviewed.

We quickly understood the need and provided four CVs from our network within a week with one stand-out candidate identified immediately. Four stages of interviews commenced and an offer was extended within three weeks of MitchelLake being briefed.

The chosen candidate, Lara Truelove, is an expert in design and behavioural thinking, as well as a highly analytical, innovative and after a long career with Visa Consulting and her own boutique consultancy, Lara was ultimately found to possess the right balance of big thinking and hands-on transformation experience.
