Executive Search IoT
Executive Search for IoT, AI, Data & Space-Tech Leadership

MitchelLake was mandated to deliver an executive search for IoT and AI leadership for Myriota, a pioneering data and space-technology company. The mandate was to identify and appoint a commercially minded Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) capable of scaling the company’s sales and marketing functions while driving global revenue growth.

This leadership hire was pivotal for Myriota’s next stage of expansion. The CRO would be responsible for strengthening the sales process, leveraging and coaching the existing team, increasing conversions, and building new client partnerships across global markets.

The Appointment

Through a targeted executive search for IoT and AI executives, MitchelLake identified leaders with experience at the intersection of SaaS, connectivity, and artificial intelligence. The successful appointment brought commercial expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to scale global sales operations while aligning with Myriota’s culture of innovation.

The new CRO’s remit included shaping go-to-market strategy, expanding enterprise adoption of Myriota’s satellite IoT services, and positioning the company to integrate AI-driven analytics that enhance customer outcomes and unlock new use cases in logistics, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and maritime industries.
