Australia was identified as a strategic growth market for Dropbox’s expansion into Asia-Pacific. To capture this opportunity, Dropbox needed to appoint an experienced Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand — the first executive hire in the region. This leader would be responsible for building out local operations, launching regional partnerships, and delivering the first horizon of strategic growth.
The Appointment
