This November MitchelLake is pleased to be partnering with the Movember Foundation to present our latest event Mo’s and Mobiles – Growing & Cultivating Mobile Customer Engagement.

With mobile use higher than ever we’ve pulled together some of the leaders across mobile to learn from their approaches using mobile technology in order to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

We’d love for you to join us for this educational, interactive and inspirational event as we hear from an exciting panel of storytellers including David Smith, Movember Foundation; James Noble, Carter Digital: & Mark Oliver, Tigerspike with a final speaker to be announced shortly.

Speaker Bios

David Smith – Movember Foundation
David is CTO of the Movember Foundation, a strategic, analytical and results-oriented technology professional with 25 years experience in digital and commercial software development environments including start ups, fast growing businesses, venture capital backed operations and not for profits.

Alice Porter – ANZ
Alice is Senior Manager of Mobile Banking Apps at ANZ. She is able to apply her 11 years of digital banking experience and her passion for using emerging technologies to provide her customers with the best opportunities to grow. Having moved from a Senior Manager Internet Banking position, Alice is a specialist across her channel.

James Noble – Carter Digital
As UX & Managing Director, James has been involved in user interface design, marketing and communications globally for over 16 years. Possessing a wealth of design experience as well as a passion for user experience, digital strategy and business platform integration.

Mark Oliver – Tigerspike
Mark Oliver is the General Manager of Tigerspike’s Melbourne studio. Mark has extensive experience in new technology development and working on first-to-market digital projects. In his current role, Mark leads a multi-skilled team in the delivery, design and strategic planning for some of the region’s biggest Personal Media initiatives.

Matt Smith works in MitchelLake’s Melbourne office and leads the Australian team for MitchelLake Consulting, working with an awesome team of humans who source talent across emerging technology, experience and service design, product, digital marketing, growth, data science and analytics.

Matt’s domain expertise leans towards hiring senior roles in experience and design and he enjoys the balance of working with fast growth, early stage organisations and larger scale companies going through digital transformation and the unique challenges they both bring.

Originally from New Zealand, Matt spent time living in the UK before moving to Melbourne where he enjoys playing basketball, rearing indoor plants and incredible access to some of the world’s best coffee.
