Companies operating at this intersection of carrier infrastructure and cloud-enterprise sales consistently surface demand for leadership across regulatory and numbering compliance across jurisdictions, technical pre-sales and solutions engineering capable of operating inside enterprise IT procurement, and commercial ownership of hyperscaler channel relationships — a distinct capability set from traditional wholesale carrier commercial leadership.
