Head of Sales

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Sales for a SaaS client in the AI Space. Their platform is helping clients globally unlock data through an AI based data extraction platform.

The Role

This opportunity will directly influence and lead the commercial growth of the business globally by engaging with new customers, driving new partnerships and articulating the right pitch across digital natives, enterprise and mid-market customers.

The right person will be an advocate for the business, someone who is digital savvy, who’s innovative, a strategic thinker and can get passionate about the organisation’s offering. This opportunity requires an entrepreneurial attitude, someone who has experience leading and building a sales team; but equally keen to roll up their sleeves and sell B2B SAAS solutions themself.

You’ll need;

  • At least 10 years’ sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets personally and that of their teams
  • Experience selling B2B SAAS solutions, to a variety of organisations across enterprise and mid-market businesses
  • Proven track record building successful sales teams at a global level
  • Strong sales operational skills; implementing sales strategies and sequencing in order to scale
  • Integrity; and to be focused on providing the right outcome for the customer (with our business values in mind)
  • Initiative; adaptable in a growing tech environment and thrive in this environment
  • An overall collaborative approach
  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Experience in a scale up business
