That is a structural change in what the firm can promise enterprise buyers: rather than consulting around third-party robotics stacks, it now has a named software platform to integrate, configure, and support at scale. The operational obligation is integration depth; the commercial obligation is that enterprise SLAs now stretch into physical environments where failure modes are materially different from software-only engagements. Across companies pursuing this kind of physical-AI services model, the functional pressure concentrates in two areas: solutions engineering leadership capable of translating robotics platform capabilities into repeatable enterprise delivery frameworks, and commercial leadership with manufacturing, logistics, or critical-infrastructure sector fluency. The gap between selling a robotics partnership and delivering it at enterprise scale is primarily an operations and solutions-architecture problem, not a software one.
