That scarcity itself is the read: clinical AI governance infrastructure is early enough that first-movers in framework-setting face limited direct comparison and, correspondingly, limited external benchmarks for what rigor looks like. Companies building in this corridor, clinical AI governance, medical publishing, evidence infrastructure, face rising demand for leadership at the intersection of regulatory affairs, clinical evidence standards, and product. The market is moving toward operators who can translate clinical validity requirements into scalable framework design, and who can hold that position credibly with both journal editors and health system procurement committees simultaneously.
